After some time it a few progress based achievements didn't trigger (passing the train and the beam demon). Will it pop up after some time or will i have to play the game a second time and do it again?

It has happened to me a few times, I get the achievement after defeating the boss a second time, but I haven't missed any since I re-fight bosses to get their no damage medals.
