I had the same problem, and Themken solved it in the discount thread.

Genfrost: If anyone still is not seeing the games, an account refresh should fix it. If not, contact support. Click this link in your web browser while logged in to GOG.com (no clue if they have added the function in Galaxy yet):

I rebought the missing game now waiting on support to fix it.

I have the same exact problem..... oh well...
The strangest part : I downloaded both versions, it gets well, but.... Bloodrayne 1 has disappeared from my galaxy UI.
I have the files on my HDD , but I can't launch it from galaxy....
strange .....
The same thing happened to me just right now. I had received both games on my account, I installed them and was able to play both titles but the entry for BloodyRoar: Terminal Cut now appears as Unknown Game...

Oh, that's really strange, as I was writing this message the problem solved itself, the game is back in Galaxy. Maybe it'll be the same for the others who reported the same issue.

Same problem... game actually apears twice in orders history but disapeared from Galaxy 2.0
