I checked on my library on GOG's site that since I own the original version of Bloodrayne, I do get the Terminal Cut for free but it doesn't appear on my GOG Galaxy launcher but the 2nd game does.

Can anyone please help me out?

Same here. I kinda want to know what is going on.. Like is this a situation of getting to everyone as fast as they can so are focusing on the game that has less downloads first or easier to send out quicker situation then get to the game thats harder to or what?

Update tried the browser downlowd option and when I did so it shown up the app for the computer as a unknown game to install.. This confuses me as I am like'' What? '' for that has never happened to me..
