Downloaded the game from the GoG site and after installing it i get a error message:

"Runtime execption code c0000005
(EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) at address 0019F369

File: WINRUN.CPP
Line: 190"

No idea how to fix this.

You should provide more information about your system (OS, hardware, etc.) in order to get help.
Anyway I think you should try reinstalling the game.

Getting the same error. Windows 10.1, Ryzen 7, AMD Radeon 5600m

Also, Verify/Repair, no luck, reinstall, no luck
