Not so much asking for help as commenting on my settings. I've got a PS2 I'm using as a controller/gamepad (using a USB adapter), and the axises are all weird to set up since in the game it doesn't give an obvious option to invert them (Maybe I just didn't notice them?), so here's my current settings: Mind you I'm not including everything.

In the file /bloodrayne/system/rayne.ini (same file for both games) you can scroll down through the button configurations until you get to the section that describes which axises go to which movement type. Here are my settings:
