I am in the shopping plaza and have thrown 3 or 4 people into each junction box, but the gate still will not open !
Can anyone advise please ?

If I remember right, and it's been a while, you need to be fast and have them all up at the same time. They'll stick up there for a bit and you need to get the others in before the first one falls.
