I want to set a custom res (1600 X 900) but the game doesn't support that res, even worse it won't let me set it to the highest res even though my graphics card does support this because it can support higher res.

Hey thanks, but I come to find that the res I have it set to isn't that bad.

You'll encounter display glitches with reflections and/or aura vision - both the reflections and auras will be drawn in the wrong place. As far as I can tell, the only way to avoid this is by using a resolution with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
