I've edited the rayne.ini and set my resolution to 1920x1080. Problem is, there is a boarder around the game, not letting it fully take up the monitor.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix?
Running Windows 7 64-bit. Latest AMD video/CCC drivers. Radeon HD 7850.

Also, not sure if it matters, but I'm using an HDMI cable to connect my monitor the the graphics card.

Hooked up a second monitor with a DVI-DVI connection. Had no boarder around the game then.
Switched back to my main monitor and went from an HDMI-HDMI to a DVI-HDMI cable. No luck.

There are no DVI ports on my Main (it's an Asus VX238H, two HDMI ports and one VGA port). I'll test and see if a VGA cable with a DVI adapter works.

Turns out I didn't have the correct adapter. Oh well.
I'm sure it's the HDMI issue anyway. Guess I'll have to switch every time I play this game.

I remember testing that monitor before I bought my current one, and there were a lot of issues through the HDMI. The sound bar I was using couldn't establish a connection, the PS3 was detecting it could only display at 720, etc. I realize that it was probably an issue with the firmware, considering I tested it just after it came out... Still no excuse for ASUS to release such a thing. On the plus side, every single cable/satellite box I hooked up to it had no problems, aside from 1 DVR box that refused to display in progressive scan and would default to 1080i. I suppose that a true gaming monitor just can't be had for under $200 yet.
