I don't even know how the hell it happened. I just messed with the sensitivities inside the DOS setup and suddenly my x-axis was reversed. The Y-axis is still fine when I go through the launcher but now moving the mouse left turns me right and vice versa.

Assuming Blood 1 here: Check your blood.cfg file and look for the entry:
MouseAnalogScale0 = 65536
If it has a negative value, make it positive. If it isn't negative there's some other setting that's been messed with but you could hack it into doing what you want by making it negative.
