Hey all. I can't seem to get vsync on in this game even in the Nvidia control panel. I set both Dosbox and Blood to "always on" for vsync and it makes no difference and the screen tearing is still there. Is it actually possible in these old games?

Thanks blood buddies

I would check your bloodDosBox.confg file, and look for the settings of "output=" and to a lesser extent "machine="

I have found the settings: "output=surface", and "machine=vesa_nolfb", tend to be more stable than others, but each video card seems to be a little different. Other options are listed in the comments of your DOSBox confg file, experiment with them and see what works for you.
