In E1M4: Dark Carnival, you can hear a ringleader yelling "STEP RIGHT UP! STEP RIIIGHT UP!" all over the carnival grounds. Yet he is nowhere to be seen. Is it possible to actually find the ringleader?

No, it's just an audio clip that gives the level ambiance.
