Monolith have made a lot of great games full of imagination, like No One Lives Forever, F.E.A.R, and even Aliens versus Predator 2, but none of the games they made have ever come close to being as good as their first game.
It's not exactly the most well balanced game in the world, but who cares when you can wield dual sawed off shotguns on a moving train while kicking decapitated heads around and muttering one-liners straight out of Evil Dead 2?
I will however warn that the first episode is the strongest one, and the game gets less fun after that. But it's still a solid 5/5 from this reviewer! Also, you can melt enemies with a voodoo doll.
