I have been having problem with not just Blood but also DukeNukem 3D (Since they both use DOS and the build Enginge)
My problem is that I want to set my cotrols to a WASD and mouse control and people recommend chaning stuff in the SETUP.EXE file, which I did find for both games.
However, when I try to open it(via windows) it doesn't work. It simply won't open and since I have a VERY limited knowlege about DOS well I think I am in a pickle, shall we say.

If there's anything i'm doing wrong, what is it and how can I fix my problem wit hthe controls.

There are plenty of threads both in this forum and the Duke3D forum about this. You can't run the setup.exe in modern Windows, it just won't work because it is an old DOS program. You need to run the setup.exe within DOSBox. I think GOG have provided a shortcut that launches DOSBox and starts the setup.exe within it. You should look for that.

As a secondary note, if you are using Vista or Win7 then you might have issues with the controls not being saved if you have UAC and DEP active (which they are by default). I recommend you install outside of Program Files.
