I purchased Blood: One Unit Whole recently and while fussing about in the graphics options i noticed a strange glitch. You cannot play the game with a mouse if you use either of the OpenGL Graphic Modes while using a Scaling Mode of anything other than Normal x2.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a fix for this bug?

Not sure it will solve the issue, but have you try one of the newer builds of DOSBox? Taewoong's SVN builds tend to be rather well done.

Styxsmaster did a pretty good rundown of a config sheet for it.
Make Blood Run 1280x1024 Resolution Smooth + Did You Know...?

If the problem persists, you might try contacting the official DOSBox forums: http://www.vogons.org/viewforum.php?f=53

So this is a problem with DOSBox?

That would be my assumption, yes.

One Unit Whole Blood uses software rendering to put the game on the screen, DOSBox translates the emulated output to whatever video rendered you are natively using, OpenGL, DirectX, etc. As far as Blood knows, OpenGL doesn't exist. There was an alpha port of Blood to the old Voodoo Glide, but GoG only released OUWB.
