Sup guyz--

Back in the day I played Blood 2 after falling in love with the demo. I played on normal difficulty.

I only got about halfway through, though, because it got to be too difficult for me. I remember that none of the weapons were very accurate, and I would get picked off at a distance. The level on the airplane was one of the last I played.

But memory is weak. What are your thoughts? How does is stack up (difficulty-wise) against something like Painkiller (much too easy on default setting) or Serious Sam (average difficulty)?
I did not find Blood 2 very difficult, average at max at the normal difficulty level (Homicide?). The aforementioned plane level is a breeze with the sniper and shotguns/assault rifle for the closed areas. Blood 1 was far more difficult for me, but then again I played it at "Well done". I would personally rate Serious Sam above Blood 2 in difficulty, especially when the masses of those damned skeleton goats become really large late in game.
I still haven't finished Painkiller, but so far it is indeed easier (Nightmare difficulty, Act 3), excluding some moments with the stupid card requirements.
Thank you, friend!

Perhaps I will give this game another try!

i remember that blood 2 sucked hard at difficulties.... it is such an unbalanced mess i was soooo ANGRY!!!!

normal isa laugh, and the 3rd one (i dont remember) hard mode was just plain stupid, they raised the hp's of the enemies sooo high and their damage that it wasnt fun, a middle between those 2 would have been good. this destroyed the game fully for me.
It's REALLY, REALLY hard for me on normal, but then again I'm pretty bad at most action games so it should come as no surprise really
