When I first installed this game today, I seem to remember I had full screen. I have been streaming and a friend with a different version of obs than me told me to mess with obs. Not only did this practically ruin everything, when I got everything back to some semblance of normalcy, it seemed I no longer had fullscreen in Blood. I uninstalled and reinstalled but I had to keep the save game because it's important to the stream series I'm doing. Does anyone know how to get back to fullscreen?

You can generally switch DOSBox between full-screen and windowed by presseing Alt+Enter
You might also check your dosboxBlood.conf file to see if fullscreen is set to true
fullscreen=true
I have full dosbox, but not fullscreen in the game. I have fairly big black borders. I'll try the other thing though.

Oh you probably set the output as something odd in your dosboxBlood.conf file
by default it is output=overlay, but you can change it to output=opengl
