Well it's about time.
Forgive me if I'm a tad skeptical...

That seems to be him (it was confirmed by one of the posters).

Unfortunately it doesn't look like he is releasing the Source Code. It seems that while he has access to it, he doesn't have complete control over it.

thats better what we had last time, I would rather have a source port release by jace hall then trying to finagle dosbox, granted a community derived source port would be awesome, if its not doable right now who knows about the future...

still better then fucking nothing I say.
Sorry that I rushed into judgment about him releasing the source code. I just got exited and didn't get the full story. If he doesn't have any control over then who does? Maybe I should make a new topic about: Jace Hall to revive Blood.

Could someone delete this topic so I can start a new post w/ a clear head?

@DustFalcon1985

You didn't make a mistake, In his original post at posty, Jace said he has the source and wanted to release it. He didn't clarify enough (he did say he understood all the legal ramifications) that he doesn't have the rights to the source. The company he works for, WB does. The problem is that there are so many companies and individuals involved that WB would rather play it safe. Atari owns the resources, Edos has the distribution rights in Europe, we don't know what rights GoG has,...on and on it goes. It's easier for them to avoid hassle by not releasing it.

Great reason to buy it now, while it's on sale. I'm sure the source port will be outstanding.
