So I just got the Blood series bundle and I was really exited to start with the first Blood game, so I install the game and I realize there's no bloody play button. Anybody have a solution?

What is your OS? In Windows 7 and Windows 8 you should have a Start Menu folder for Blood. Press your Windows key and start typing "Blood". If that doesn't work, check for the directory: "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\One Unit Whole Blood [GOG.com]" There should be program icons for what you want to run.

If ail that fails, you could create a shortcut to the DOSBox executable and tell it how to access the conf files:
Target: C:\Games\Blood\DOSBOX\DOSBox.exe -conf "..\dosboxBlood.conf" -conf "..\dosboxBlood_single.conf" -noconsole -c exit
Start In: C:\Games\Blood\DOSBOX
