Hello everyone!

I'm not entirely tech savy, but I just bought Fresh Supply and when I loaded it up, the graphics appeared rather glitchy. Will attach pictures below. I tried messing with the display settings to no avail and am not entirely sure why it's looking like this. Any suggestions? Here's some of my specs, if that helps.

Windows 10
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
System Type: 64-bit

I imagine I'm running a bit of a dinosaur, but nonetheless I would think it would run this game just fine. Open to any suggestions.

Which graphics API (OpenGL 3.2, DirectX11, Vulkan) did you use?

Have you tried running the game again after removing kexengine.cfg in
"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Nightdive Studios\Blood EX"?

The only graphics API that works is DirectX11. When I try switching settings to the other two, it crashes with this error below.
I removed the kexengine.cfg file and the graphics remained the same too.

I've no idea. This is the first time I see this error message. I think it would be the best to get in contact with Nightdive so that they could help you getting this fixed.

Are you by chance running it with an integrated Intel video chip set? Unfortunately that is a long standing bug with B:FS.
