Has anyone else experienced Graphical Issues with this game?
On reaching the Carnival Section, I seem to be having Sprite Issues.
Please see attached Screenshots for some examples
System Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
4 GB RAM
Radeon HD 5770 1 GB
Windows 7 64Bit

Have you tried messing with the graphics setup tool in the startmenu, gog.com, blood folder? Make sure to right click and run it as admin if you change anything in it though.

Good to hear its working, did you do anything different whilst reinstalling? Different location or running it as admin?

It looks like your palette index was corrupted some how. That bright pink color is reserved for transparency. It's interesting that other things would show up as black though.

Looks like you copied the Cryptic Passage artwork over the original (happens when you start Cryptic Passage), but for some reason it didn't get reseted when you exited the game.

That's a good thought Daedolon. I renamed CPART07.AR_ & CPART15.AR_ manually to test it out, however it did not replicate Unidentified.MrE's error.
But now that you say it, it does look like the .art files were corrupted some how, rather than the palette. That would explain the missing textures as well as colors appearing normally otherwise.

After careful consideration, I also came to the conclusion that maybe my problem was to do with corrupt art files, hence the reinstall.
My 3rd screen-shot of the section where you kick the three Zombie Heads into the Giant Mouth is actually a giveaway.
It’s a completely different sprite/texture.
FYI, I did nothing different from the 1st installation and it was just a straightforward install as before.
(No amending of files/changing of install location or running as Admin)

At times the scenes will go black with red highlights. I can still see some of the images but not enough to play the game..

Sounds like you may have run across a choking hand or you are drowning.
