Have you tried it with the 1.9.4-2 beta? Nightdive has been working out a number of bugs that show up in DW specifically.

That beta supposedly fixes that problem. I don't have DW, only just started the main game so can't test.

Unfortunately, that didn't fix my problem. Guess I'm stuck waiting untl the next update.

I'd check the two main bug spreadsheets then:
• Flo's Bug List (More reliable)
• GoldenFish's
If what you are experiencing isn't listed there and you can document it well enough (save game file of the location and screenshot/video description of what is going on), I'm sure Kaiser would be able to make something of it.

Death Wish had the same problem, the update has fixed it, but you will have to restart the level -- kill yourself and enjoy the pitchfork-start :P
