hi everyone I brought blood on gog and the original whole unit Blood works perfectly but when I try to play Cryptic passage I get a blank screen for a few minutes then dosbox crashes any help would be appreciated

Don't use the start icon for CP in the Blood directory. Use the start menu option:

Gog.com>onewholeuitblood>cryptic passage

Also be sure you give yourself appropriate rights to you installation directory, or run as administrator.

unfortunately I am using windows 7 and it doesn't seem to want to work also

Starting to look like a dosbox situation.

By default, GoG has opted to install Blood inside Program Files, which has extra security built in under Windows 7. The easiest thing you can do is just to reinstall Blood within your own User folder. That will ensure you have appropriate rights to allow Cryptic Passage to modify the game files that it needs to in order to run.
