Edit: I messed with the sensitivity and mouse look and now it's not so bad. I think once I get used to it I will enjoy this game. Reminds me of Shadow Warrior.

OP:

It is just me or do the controls suck? I couldn't even play five minutes before quitting. When I try to aim my mouse Caleb goes walking all over the place. When I use mouse aim (u), the Y axis is WAY too fast. Overall this game feels janky compared to loading up Quake or Duke Nukem 3D.

I will say it is quite creepy! How about that music?!

Maybe I am spoiled. Anyone else have that problem?

You could try playing with one of the other source ports like NBlood. I think the controls feel a little better. If you are playing OUWB in DOSBox (not Fresh Supply) you could also track down BMouse. That tends to help a bit, but I'd still recommend the source ports.
