I looked at a website online and apparently there is a really long list of cheats for the game. I tried typing in a few at the main-menu and in-game levels, but neither worked. Do cheats not work on the Good Old Games version of Blood? or is it maybe because I configured the controls to my own customization. and also, where ARE you supposed to type in the cheats at?
thanks

(P.S. im not a cheater Ive beaten the game more than once without them; I just wanted to try them out as I just recently learned about them and Ive had the game for over a year now lol

GoG just repackaged Blood 1.21, they don't have the source code to recompile a new build.

In game you need to press T before you enter the code.

Also, for the mario level warp, you need to include the episode and map number ie: mario 1 4 (this was different in previous versions of Blood.
okay thanks.

but one thing, what do you mean by 'they don't have the source code to recompile a new build' ?

You asked "Do cheats not work on the Good Old Games version of Blood?" The cheats are baked into the Blood.exe. GoG didn't change the original game, so there really isn't a "GoG version" as there would be if GoG could edited the Blood source code to exclude the cheats.and recompiled the Blood.exe.

For instance, in older versions of Blood if you used the Mario cheat, you just had to hit T and type mario<enter>. This would bring up a GUI box where you could enter the episode and then map number, but this was changed for the 1.21 build of Blood.
okay I understand now

sorry i dont usually understand that complicated computer stuff lol
