Zap_Rowsdower: This is probably a really common question but I didn't see it in the first few pages so I'll ask. Is it possible to change the controls? I'd like to just use the usual WASD setup instead of the awkward as hell Build engine one. Thanks for any help.
To change the keyboard controls, go to "Options" in-game, then choose "Controls" at the very top, and then "Configure Keys". Just remember that it IS possible to have one key binded to more functions, so when you allocate the keys you should take care to clear up overlapping key functions to avoid problems.
Another method is to go to "Settings" on the desktop from the One Whole Unit Blood start menu. You can also change the mouse button controls there.
