Is it possible to change blood to have weapon change with scroll wheel? I could have sworn I had my settings like that before but I can't remember for sure. Thanks in advance!

I don't think you can in DOSBox.
DOSBox emulates 3 buttons. Scrolling the mouse wheel is button 4 and 5.
