Blood is one of the most known old-school egoshooters next to Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior and Rise of the Triad.
Even though the other games are not something you would let a 6yr old girl play, Blood wanted to put something on top of all. So if gave blood and gore into the game and that, a LOT.
You can burn, splatter, explode, pitchfork, shoot your way through the game or you just kick the heads of zombies through the level. I also love the self-sarcasm level with the "Football field" and lotsa zombies.
If you never played it: Buy it!
If you played it: Buy it too.
This game is an absolute must have for every player that likes gore, hard sarcasm, and crude humor and a lot of innuendoes to movies.
