Hi, I have a GTX 670, Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.4 Ghz, 16 GB ddr3 Ram @ 1600 Mhz, and Windows 7 64 Bit, I want to know if I could run Blood at 800x600 and Blood 2 at 60 Frames at least.

DOSBox 0.73 will more than likely emulate Blood at around 40-50 FPS, slower in other places with a lot of objects on screen (think a mob of zombies vs TNT) Your results will vary depending on how much you want to tweak your DOSBox config files.

Blood 2, if you can get it working, you might have to limit it to 60 FPS or lower to keep the menu from flickering out of existence.
What about 0.74?

About the same with 0.74. If you want to get a better boost, you will want to look into the SVN builds like Taewoong's: http://ykhwong.x-y.net/, and take advantage of some of the other DOSBox config file settings.
