Game doesn't play music from the CD in my drive. Turning it on and off in the settings does nothing currently.

B:FS plays OGG files, not audio tracks from a CD. You will need to toggle the "CD Music" option to play (I know that is a little misleading) under Options>Audio Setup from the in-game menu.

If you want to play audio tracks from a specific CD you will need to rip the tracks to an OGG audio file format and rename them as blood02.ogg, blood03.ogg...blood09.ogg, then swap them out for the OGG files in your B:FS game directory.
