First of all I'm glad it's on GOG, back then I remember having the box but my computer wasn't fast enough (damn you expensive voodoo2!).

So here I am, and after few tweaks (MFC crashed etc) it's finally working great I just got one little problem: when I run, I hear way too much footsteps, the enemies (and even me) are shooting waaay too fast.

I tried MaxFps 30, MaxFps 100, Changing Affinity on Client.exe, tried different resolutions/settings, still nothing.

Any clue how to fix this? Thanks!
Can you be a bit more specific, or maybe have a video to show? Because I know that in Blood 2, when walking, Caleb's footsteps are really loud and sound like his foot is hitting the floor every couple inches, while he runs somewhat fast. (Think about it-if you run fast but take shorter steps you'd make more noise) It sometimes is so repetitive that the footstep sounds overlap each other. Even though there 6 or more sounds for enemies for when they spot you or attack, or is idle, for some reason only 3 of the sounds are actually used ingame. I'm just laying out some possibilities as to why you may think it's "too fast" because i'm not quite sure what you mean by that.

Also, it's normal for enemies to shoot faster than hell. That's always been a complaint of Blood 2 - the enemies shoot ridiculously fast and literally have an aimbot, and can not miss a single shot no matter your distance, even if they are wielding the inaccurate uzi.
Accurate enemies in Blood were since Blood 1, so that part didn't changed in Blood 2 at all. Also this is how Lithtech AI component works, play Shogo (no-mecha sections) which was eariler before Blood 2 to see what I mean.

It's also piece of history how LithTech evolved since 1.0 in these both games to something like Jupiter Extended (F.E.A.R. and Condemned series).

I guess it's just a little sound delay, it's actually fine (not sure if '16 bits sound' option helped).
Anyway, thanks guys!

Enemies in Blood 1 did have awesome accuracy but not like in Blood 2. Blood 2 was literally an aimbot. Play Blood 2 and keep jumping and moving around and just try to avoid one shot form a fanatic. When you die, type mpreallynicenurse and keep on doing it when you die. Check the walls behind you - no bullets missed. It was hopeless in Blood 2.
