So I bought Blood 2 and it installed okay but I've been having some near game breaking problems.
First, unless I start a new game or load a game in software rendering mode, it crashes instantly. If I load a saved game in software mode and switch to D3D it works fine.
Second the sound is completely jacked up. I hear sounds for about 0.1 to 0.25 seconds and then it goes to static for another fraction of a second before going silent. Cut scenes work the same way. You hear something for a fraction of a second followed by a moment of static and then everything goes silent. Here are my computer's specs;
OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU: Athlon 64 X2 6400+
memory: 4GB DDR800
VideoCards: 2X in SLI Geforce 9800GTX
SoundCard: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
If I set the game to run in compatibility mode for windows 98/ME or 2000 it crashes before it gets to the main menu.
Any suggestions?
