Hello, Blood fans.
So, i'm trying to play Blood 2 on my notebook with hd 3000, but it lags like hell, plus the frame rate is pretty low at any resolutions, even in software mode. Please help me out! Thank you!

Blood2 in dgVoodoo 2 compatibility list, so you can try it.
It is wrapper for directx 1-8 and glide. Works pretty good for most games

In the dgVoodoo2.zip file, there are two folders, MS and 3Dfx. In the MS folder there are two .dll files, D3Dlmm.dll and DDraw.dll. Extract these files to your Blood2 installation folder, be sure they are in the same directory as your Blood2 exe files.

By default there is a water mark that will show up in game (which will indicate if the wrapper dlls are installed properly). If you want to get rid of that, also extract the dgVoodooSetup.exe program to your Blood2 folder. Execute dgVoodooSetup and un-check the "Watermark" option in the DirectX tab.

After copying the DLLs to the Blood2 folder, launch Blood2.exe which brings up that launcher app with the different configureation options. Click the "Display" button and choose dgVoodoo DirectX Wrapper for the LithTech Direct3D Renderer.

Note: Some antivirus programs have flagged dgVoodoo with virus issues, but Dege has assured us on the Vogons forums that these are false positives.
The D3Dlmm.dll and DDraw.dll files don't match any of the official MS hashes, so they get flagged for that
dgVoodooSetup.exe has code in it that allows it to modify the aforementioned dll files, so it gets flagged for that.
Hello DustyStyx, THANK YOU very much for your help. As soon as i can i will try to play Blood 2!
