Any idea why the intro is missing from GOG's version of Blood 2?

All I get is the Monolith and G videos, after which it goes straight to main menu.

It works fine for me.

Did you uncheck the "Nightmares Add-on" square before starting the game? If you play with the add-on enabled, it doesn't show the intro.

That's not really very intuitive. Most expansion packs I know show the original intro even when installed.
