I've just started playing Blood 2 and I've encountered these leeches ('Bone Leeches') that exist in some of the water parts. They die from one bullet, but it's an obnoxious slow death if they catch me off guard. How can I get rid of them if they're already clinging to my face? They remind me of the Chokers from Blood 1, but getting rid of those were seemingly simpler.

I remember having alot of problems with those when I played this game a long time ago. I asked recently when this game came to gog how people remove them as the grab button I remember never worked. If I remember right someone said that you need to use the use key and either press and hold it down to remove one or keep tapping it until the leech is removed.

Oh, okay... it's denoted as the "open" key (default 'E'); I've just tried it and it works... I guess I wasn't mashing it as much as I needed to before. Thanks Ralackk and Kil3r!
EDIT: I'm new to these forums and don't quite understand the reputation system. However, I gave the points to Kil3r for conciseness and having relatively little rep as of yet.
