Hi, I'm trying to play Blood 1 with the CD music disabled, as I prefer the MIDI audio and the ability to alter the volume ingame. I've tried altering the dosboxBLOOD_single configuration file to load game.gog instead of game.iso, but it still plays the CD music whenever I start up the game. I'm not sure if I'm just stupid or doing something wrong, but I'm really not so much a fan of the CD audio and I'd like to get rid of it.

Thanks if anyone can help me out!
I had the same problem; the music wouldn't stop playing, not even when I removed the music (.ogg) from the folder.

I solved it by dragging "setup.exe" onto "Dosbox". This starts the setup. In there, under the music option, I have Awe 32. I don't remember the default setting I had, but if the setting is wrong the CD music starts playing or the game won't start at all.

In dosboxBlood.conf, at the bottom, I have:

@ECHO OFF
mount C "."
c:
imgmount D game.gog -t iso
cls
nolfblim.com
blood.exe -noaim
exit

Use the paramiter -NOCD to disable the redbook soundtrack.
