Can this be done? I see the point with autoaim when most of us back in the early to mid 90's played with just keyboards, now however when almost everyone is playing with WASD + mouse it becomes a nuisance.

You can add the -noaim switch to your blood execution line in dosboxBlood_single.conf

Blood.exe -noaim

Note that you will have to start a new game to take effect though, any old saved games will still have the auto-aim setting enabled. I'm not sure if it will do away with it once it starts a new level though.
