I managed to flip mouse vertical axe, but here is what I want to do :
- increase mouse horizontal sensivity
- decrease mouse vertical sensivity
And also I would like to disable auto aiming.
Did you managed to do that ? Could you explain to me how ?

I didn't see the link to DOS setup in program folder. It is OK for me

Controller Setup > Setup Advanced Control Option > Advanced Mouse Setup > Mouse X/Y Axis Scale
It's not meant to be played without auto aim.

You can disable auto aim to give yourself a challenge in single player / multiplayer. To do that though you need to launch Blood with a "-noaim" switch.
example: at the DOSbox prompt in the Blood directory type: Blood -noaim
Or add -noaim to the shortcut that launches Blood.

This game is hard enough that you might need auto aim. Makes the flare pistol a lot more useful for sniping
