Was wondering where to find the dlc? because it isen't under modules or is there something we have to do to trigger the dlc?

I've had the same problem. It seems that the DLC "The Zombiest Adventures" has its own launcher, located in ..\Blood and Gold - Caribbean\Zombiest\ . This launcher is not present in the GOG galaxy list. If you don't find the DLC, try to download and install it via GOG downloader. It should work this way
