I understand the description of every debriefing section, but I'm not sure of what they imply. Should I really try to maximise them, and panic and replay the mission when "logistics" or "art of war" is decreased ? Does it only mean that I am bad, or does it effect experience progression, or something ? I suppose it's always possible to get 100% sense of duty, but I am not supposed to get 100% in any other category during a mission, am I ? Cause if I am, I am playing very wrong.

So, should I just go "aha" and "oho" at these debriefings, or do they actually matter in some way, beyond being proud of a new highscore ?

I think they mostly just affect getting a high score and thus more experience to rank up. Also I note that many of the missions are optional/random so I don't think there is specific pressure to try and "ace" every fight.
What's more important is keeping your battle group alive and well trained - losing tanks/artillery during missions (esp the early ones when you have very little) can be a major pain. Remember you need only worry about the "core" units - the rest can die without affecting your permanent team.
I believe the skills represent players ability for some tasks

For instance logistics gets a good score when you ressuply your squad & units effectively. Sense of duty if you back out of an assault etc.

don't think it gives any bonuses, I personally find it flatering ^^

Don't worry about how you win a mission. I played through the game quick and clean, because I have quite some experience with strategy games, but I never got 100 % on those skill things.

Just try to understand how the game works and how to control your units well. Actually the mission design isn't that good, so after some time it feels like every mission works the same and you just click through them no matter what. However, Blitzkrieg is a lot of fun, so don't care about statistics, enjoy the game! :)
