Pops up when I tries to start the program:

ERROR
---------------------------
Can't initialize game...
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

No idea what the problem is, requesting help.
I can play Blitzkrieg 2, but 1 and it's expansions give me the same error.
Tried checking if .dll files are missing with CMD but says it's okay.
