Since I brought Blitzbrieg on GOG, I am struggling to launch it on my win xp sp3 netbook.

Trying to run it in windowed mode solved my problem. use -windowed in the shortcut.

GOG Games\Blitzkrieg Anthology\Blitzkrieg\Run\game.exe" -windowed
