This happens on any resolution that is 1280 x whatever (19" monitor). I must play the game at 1024x768 but the screen is pretty small and i can't see more than a few tanks/infantry and it's kinda fuzzy. It only happens when i move the cursor around. This is the only game with that problem since i saw a similar problem from another guy who attributed it to faulty hardware. I am pretty sure that faulty hardware is not the case since i play any other game without problems.

Heh, nevermind. I found the problem. I don't really know what "High-end optimization" does but it was the cause of my problem. I turned it off and there is no more white flickering.
