Just grabbed this game on sale, and for some reason it's seemingly running at a low framerate, 30fps or less, at least once it's actually in-game. The camera moves in a very stuttery fashion, and so do units. Gameplay videos I googled show it running at a nice smooth 60fps, so I have no clue what could be causing this.
