hi, i Dien in te game on skewers and lost part of the blue bar but is imposibble get ir back, some one know how to recover it?

Unfortunately, that's a bug and the Guilt Fragment can't be retrieved. You have to use one of the Confessor Statues to recover your fervour bar.
