UPD: Whooa There is some duplicates created

Case for forum devs: At first I've tried post few times but got nothing... Then I've inspect requests: got 200 status code, but without error that I can't post links yet (I've checked request myself) I'm thinking that should be 400 or some kind or even don't show/disable link button for such users. Then when I remove link I've got 429, after timeout I'll try again but figure out that already 3 posts o_O

There is kinda wierd situation
I've unlocked all achivements except "achivement for all achivements"

(Can't attach links but you may check my Blasphemous 2 stats)

Unfortuenly there no response from suppoort. (Nowadays responses from support takes too long. Around 2 weeks)

Last achivement in requested list was Flawless Penance (After the first fight, defeat any boss without receiving damage.). I've made it on Incarnate Devotion (the latest boss of the game). I thought it might related somehow with cutscene and credits after, but I've unlocked "Flawless Penance" so I didn't see reason don't get the "The Penitent Two" also...

In general it's kinda upset me, but I hope I may resolve my problem via support...

I had exactly the same problem - I unlocked Flawless Penance achievement (that was the last one for me) but not Penitent Two.

However, after exiting the game and shutting down GOG Galaxy and then launching the game again, I received Penitent Two when the game started running. So, in my case fixing that was simple, hope that in OP's case this will work too.
