Hey guys,
The game is very atmospheric, however completely unplayable to me. I am having troubles with stability all the time.
I've tried many suggestions from steam forums as to how to make the game stable for older PCs but it just doesn't work.

My specs are as follows:
OS -Win 8.1
CPU - Intel Core i5 4690k
GPU - MSI GTX 970 Gaming X
Motherboard -Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3
RAM - Gskill Ripjaws 16GB DDR3 2400 MHz

I've tried to see the crash report for the Unreal Engine but the message in the crash report is blank....
A fragment of the file:
<UserActivityHint />
<ErrorMessage />
<CrashDumpMode>0</CrashDumpMode>
<CrashReporterMessage />
<Misc.NumberOfCores>4</Misc.NumberOfCores>

What to do ? Any ideas ? And if there are no solutions what is the policy of getting a refund for this game ?
Thank you for help in advance
Take care

Well, I think the policy in general nowdays is:
- you are complaining
- complaining is negative
- that violates our community guidlines
- you have to be banned
- next time be a flat-earther, ok?

I would not suggest an operating system like windows 8 for a gaming machine, better if you just go to windows 10 or back down to windows 7 at least those two are stable operating systems.

I am playing on windows 7 and when I pick up the video camera I have this weird problem where the screen glitches out and only a small portion of the videcamera screen is vewable and the rest is missing, also the background view also gets reduced in resolution and put on a small square on the top left the rest of the viewable screen is glitched out with different glitched artifacts and you just cant play, at all like that. I tried to get a picture just now but got a crash with a unreal engine 4 crash reporter window that says that the game has crashed. I was not able to get a screen shot of the glithced gameplay view. in my case as long as I dont have the camera selected I wont have the weird screen glitch. but the camera is needed to plau this game so the game is unplayable for me atm.

I completly agree with you, GOG as a company has become very woke and the goes doble for their moderators, you cant say anything that might be taken by them as a micro aggression
