Hi Blade Runners,

I'm not very familiar with SCUMMVM and I have encountered a minor problem.

I just run the game as default, I can see mismatched pixels on the texts in game, which indicates that the scaling is not optimal.

Is there anyway to customise the scaling the make the game run on fullscreen-ish yet showing no mismatched pixels for the graphic (especially for texts in KIA and menu since they are small and not the best font to read in the first place)?

Thanks in advance!

Could you attach a screenshot to clarify the issue you're describing?
Also, could you check if my suggestion here improves the issue (setting filtering to true)?

You could try running it in stretch to window mode in the launcher options (ctrl-F5 in game; return to launcher; edit game graphics settings and override to fullscreen and stretch to window, quit then reboot and relaunch).

I don't know if that will help, but it may.

Hi,

I followed your instruction and it works well.

I attached a before/after screenshot to show the difference.

Thanks @PraetorianWolfie also I think your solution would work the same.

Cheers,

In ScummVM for convenient and faster switching options on the fly, some shortcuts can be used:

-Alt+Tab - FullScreen/Windowed
-Control+Alt+F - Filtering On/Off
-Control+Alt+A - Aspect Ratio On/Off (This one use to work in vga games, Svga games use to have a fixed 4:3 Aspect Ratio)

True, Alt+ENTER. My fault :)

EDIT: And other useful shortcut is, If I am not wrong this time :), Control+Alt+S. This changes the different type of scaling introduced in the newer scummvm versions, like fit the screen, perfect pixel scaling etc...
