Red_Machine: It's really not a good job. AI upscaling has destroyed a lot of the fine detail in the backgrounds (the road outside Runciter's used to have a defined tarmac texture, now it's just a smooth surface), same with the FMVs (Lucy's mole is gone), the interpolation from 15fps to 60fps (why on earth was this even needed?) has introduced judder and smearing during fast movment, and it can get choppy/out of sync with the audio. The new KIA interface is awful, all the beautiful animations are gone, it's just a static screen now, and the outer edges have been stretched to fill the black space on a 16:9 monitor, turning what's supposed to be a small piece of note paper attached to a clip on the left into this massive sheet that just looks plain wrong. You don't even get the iconic "WHO ELSE WOULD BE CAPABLE OF SUCH BARBARIC ACTS?!" when you click the button at the top of the screen to display the credits, the button does nothing now.

I'm honestly so disappointed in this that I'm just going to keep playing the original. Thanks for trying, Nightdive, but maybe stick to games that are more easily remastered in future, yeah?
