I done pretty much everything the guide says but everytime i talk to Izo the only thing he says to me is "your 2 minutes are up"
What i'm missing?

Do you have a saved game that you can upload somewhere (Google drive, etc) so that I could check?

Generally speaking, Izo will say that if McCoy needs to do more investigation and come back to him with more questions. I cannot be sure of which clues you might be missing, though.

Ok, I can see the issue. It's not a bug, you just need to get one or two more clues, before you talk to Izo again.

You need to visit the Police HQ again, go to the second floor in the Mainframe room and synch your KIA with the Mainframe. This should bring some new clues to your KIA, and 3 of them in particular are about a certain suspect.

You can then go directly to Izo to speak to him, or you can pay a visit to the Police HQ lockup and get some more info.

Let me know if this works, or if you need me to be more specific with the instructions.
