I spared Zuben at the warehouse, and Lucy called to say thank you.
Then at Hysteria Hall I warned her about crystal and she ran away, again thanking me.
When I met Daktora I sucessfully VK'ed her as a replicant then followed her and killed her.
I didn't shoot guzza (I grabbed the case then ran away).

I read somewhere that Lucy should now contact me (act V), but she has not. I'm not even sure how she could, since I can't access the phone in my apartment. So, after wandering around the sewers for a while I preceded as normal and got the crystal/moonbus ending. :/

Where am I going wrong?

Well, I shot Zuben and Daktora, in Hysteria Hall said to Lucy to run away, waited for replicants to shoot Guzza and ran away, spared Clovis when he tried to kill me. When I've got to my appartment (as Guzza promised to clear me after I blackmailed him), I've had a call from Lucy to join her. Maybe you spared too much replicants ?

I don't remember all the cases that would lead to McCoy getting a phone call from Lucy, but the main idea is that McCoy must seem to be helping the Replicants and have gained Lucy's trust.

So, I think you did most things right, but explicitly killing Guzza yourself would have helped a lot. Also earlier in Act 4, if you had Lucy's trust you would meet her on the underground path to Izo's basement and have the chance to VK her. That counts towards her trusting you more, if I recall correctly.

By the way, to get the specific Lucy ending you mention, you also have to not have offended CrazyLegs Larry (the guy who owns the used car lot place).

Like Carstein wrote, you get the phonecall from your apartment (bedroom phone) in the start of Act 5. McCoy is in the main room of the apartment, when the Act starts, so you cannot miss it easily. You only get one phonecall based on who trusts you more at that point and it kind of determines the possible endings that you can get from then on.

If you shoot that many Replicants then it's very likely that Steele will call you in Act 5.

I'm having issues trying to get Steele to call me, funny enough. I retired Zuben, Gordo(my Act 3 replicant), and didn't kill any human cops or Guzza. I even acquired the briefcase and cleared my name. And I still came home to Maggie dead in my apartment!

Oh, no, that doesn't sound right. Can you share a save game (on a Google Driver or such)?
Also, please make sure you are playing with the latest (preferably stable) ScummVM -- currently v2.2.0. We do fix bugs that are reported to us, but GOG does not update the bundled ScummVM as often.
